ABOUT US

Our Leadership Team

Charlotte Chambers

Director

Before moving into recruitment, Charlotte spent nearly 18 years in the fashion industry building and leading buying teams for major high street retailers in the UK and the Middle East. That journey gave her a deep understanding of how structured early careers routes can unlock real potential.

Since 2015, Charlotte has specialised in early careers recruitment and is passionate about ensuring every candidate has a fair, positive and genuinely human experience. “Most of all, I care about keeping our clients ahead of the curve — helping them lead, not follow, in a constantly evolving recruitment landscape”.

Kate Earle-Davis

CEO

Kate graduated in Law and worked in the legal and oil sector. 12 years ago, in a tough situation in her personal life, she was given the opportunity to start a new career in talent acquisition from scratch by a forward-thinking leader, joining the company that ultimately became Connectr.

Now as CEO of Acrobat Talent, Kate wants to dismantle the myth that only certain people can excel in specific roles, believing wholeheartedly that with the right mindset and support from both employers and people within talent acquisition, talent can blossom anywhere.

Martina Spreckley

Director

Having initially qualified as a solicitor, Martina worked for several years in HR at a leading investment bank in London. She then moved to a US financial services company working with hiring managers from across Europe.

Martina joined Connectr in 2015  managing their apprenticeship, intern and graduate recruitment campaigns. While providing a reliable, solution focused service for her clients is her priority, she is passionate about helping young people. "I want them to feel supported throughout the hiring process so they can showcase their full potential".

“Successful candidates tell me they felt invested in and supported throughout.”

“I’m confident that all candidates experience a rewarding applicant journey, regardless of the outcome.”
